 Based at Britannia House, Bradford City Centre

 

This is an exciting time to join our team!

 

PACT HR provide Human Resources services to schools, Academies and Multi Academy Trusts in the Bradford district.

 

The Education landscape is changing and the way we support schools with their HR issues is developing all the time.

 

We need to recruit a HR advisor to join our team. The role will predominantly support senior leadership teams in implementing attendance management strategies, training managers on how to deal with attendance issues and dealing with individual cases. Support will also be provided to the HR Business Partners on dealing with other HR issues such as restructures, grievance and disciplinary procedures.

 

The successful candidate will have experience of advising managers on HR issues including absence management,  implementing HR procedures with employees and managers and dealing with complex situations requiring judgement and discretion.

 

You should also have CIPD level 5 or be studying towards and be able to travel to schools across the Bradford district and have the ability to work outside of normal working hours to attend governors meetings

and training events.
