Metroline Customer Service Advisor

Based in Leeds City Centre

 

Our small and friendly Contact Centre provides a multi-channel information service to the public regarding bus and train times in West Yorkshire and processes customer feedback via the telephone, email and social media. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of providing excellent customer service.

 

If you are patient, flexible and helpful and communicates clearly and effectively both orally and in-writing with a commitment to customer care, then we want to hear from you.  Geographic knowledge of the region would be an advantage but we will provide you with thorough training.

Shifts available:

 

·         37 hours per week; (This shift is Fixed Term until March 2017) To cover all hours 07:00-22:00

 

·         21 hours per week; Fri 1700-22:00, Sat and Sun 09:00 - 17:30

 

·         19 hours per week; Sun 18:00-22:00, Mon 16:00-22:00, Fri 18:00-22:00, Sat 17:00-22:00

 

·         14.5 hours per week; Mon and Thurs 17:00-22:00, Fri 17:30-22:00

 

·         12 hours per week; Mon, Tues and Wed 18:00-22:00

 

·         8 hours per week; Fri and Sat 17:00-21:00
