Head of Service – Craven, Carer Support/Information

£29,033 - £31,288, 37 hours per week

The Carers’ Resource, a dynamic and growing organisation, is seeking to appoint a manager to join the Heads of Service team and lead on three key service areas for the organisation. Experience of managing a diverse range of projects, meeting exacting monitoring requirements, and effective bid writing is essential, as is the ability to work both strategically and operationally.

The successful candidate will be an active manager with a real flair for getting the best out of their staff team.

The post will be based in Skipton, some travel to our other offices will be necessary.

Community Fundraiser

Based in our Shipley office covering the Bradford District

24 – 37 hours per week negotiable, £22,434 - £24,717 (for 37 hours)

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a detailed knowledge of Bradford and its communities to lead community fundraising initiatives across the Bradford District. The ability to research and identify potential supporters, develop relationships with individuals and groups that will work with us, and raise awareness of the work of the charity are key criteria. Ongoing funding of the post will be subject to meeting income targets.

Finance and Business Support Officer, Shipley

£19,543 - 37 hours

You will have a key role in the successful running of the Bradford Office and providing support to our front line staff, and some organisation wide responsibilities. You will be experienced in finance and expert in using excel systems. You will lead a small team focussed on supporting our work with carers, inputting onto our database and ensuring that the busy office functions well.

Caseworker, Bradford District (based in Shipley)

25 – 30 hours, 20,253 – £22,212 for 37 hours)

You will have experience of casework, assessments/reviews, providing information, advice and basic advocacy as well as knowledge of welfare benefits, financial choices and the statutory sector.

We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals who want a fulfilling role while helping others to improve their lives, and make a difference. We offer continuity and consistency allowing you to build a relationship with the person you are looking after.
