HOME FROM HOSPITAL CO-ORDINATOR (BRADFORD)
30 hours - £20,253 (for 37 hours)
You will be joining our experienced team working with people being discharged from hospital, supporting them to maintain their independence. You will have experience of working with people in their own homes and in the community.

INFORMATION OFFICER, BRADFORD, 28 HOURS
£20,253 (salary quoted for 37 hours)
Maternity cover – initially for one year from January 2017
You will have experience of information, advice and advocacy as well as knowledge of welfare benefits and the statutory sector. You will be expected to support the local team in their casework and work directly with carers, mostly over the phone.

BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER, BRADFORD
£17,714 (with additional £1,829 increment for finance) - 37 hours
You will have a key role in the successful running of the Bradford Office and providing support to our front line staff, and some organisation wide responsibilities. You will be experienced in finance and expert in using excel systems. You will lead a small team focussed on supporting our work with carers, inputting onto our database and ensuring that the busy office functions well.
