DOMESTIC ASSISTANT

 

Band 3 £14,771 - £14,975 per annum (the post is subject to Bradford's National Living Wage rate)

1 Full Time post (37 hours per week) Temporary for 12 months

 

Buckden House OEC provides a range of residential outdoor courses for children and young people, mainly from the Bradford area. Duties include cleaning, serving and washing up, and preparing meals when required.

 

The post holder will be required to work mornings/evenings and occasionally weekends, without direct supervision and have a flexible approach to work routines and the ability to adapt to the needs of the Centre’s clients.

The Code of Practice on the English language requirement for public sector workers Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 requires that Councils ensure that all candidates applying for customer facing posts must be assessed in order to establish their fluency in English.

The criteria under special knowledge and experience on the job profile is shown in this advert outlines what level of fluency you will be expected to demonstrate.  Therefore it is essential that you provide examples in your application.
