Casual Systm One  - Data Migration Assistant

Band 4 (Spinal Column Point 10) £8.09 per hour

 

Based within 6th Floor, Britannia House, Bradford BD1 1JN

 

 

 

The Health and Wellbeing Department in Bradford Council is currently seeking 8 admin assistants for over a period of 8 weeks to support the implementation of Systm One across the department.  

 

The post holders will be part of a wider team based within the department of Health & Wellbeing which has responsibility for the departments transformation and change activity.

 

Following implementation of Systm One in August last year there is a Departmental requirement to introduce new functionality to support the recording of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) information.

 

As part of the process of using the new functionality there is a need to migrate historic information to SystmOne from the current DoLS system. The process of data migration involves accurately moving data from one system to another to ensure that all information is available to end users.

 

Key requirements for the role include:

·                     Good numeric and literacy skills (minimum C for English and Maths at GCSE)

·                     Able to accurately follow instructions

·                     Attention to detail and accuracy

·                     Good organisational skills, both written and verbal

·                     Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

·                     Good IT skills, knowledge of relevant software (Word, Excel etc)
