Project Worker – HOPE service

Bradford Children’s Therapeutic Services, based at Cutler Heights Lane, Bradford

£22,613- £24,907 (pro rata)

18.5 hours per week

Fixed Term until March 2018
 

Do you want to join a small supportive team at an exciting time developing innovative domestic abuse interventions?
 

The Hope Service offers a safe space where children can explore feelings, tell their stories and build resilience following domestic abuse, but also supports and strengthens their relationships with parents/careers through family and group work.
 

You will be

  • Child centered and creative and passionate about the emotional recovery of children, parents and families who have experienced domestic abuse;
  • Committed to developing your skills in engagement, assessment and direct interventions, including group work and family work as well as 1:1 work with children and supporting parents to support their child’s recovery.
  • Keen to work in a local authority area where we have received a very positive inspection around domestic abuse and have adopted a whole system model of Signs of Safety.
