Customer Service Advisor (Metroline Contact Centre)

Grade C SP1 £14,780 - £17,114 per annum (Pro rata for part time)

Living Wage Supplement will be paid for salaries below £15,917

 

1 x Maternity Cover position 37 hours

1 x Permanent part time position 14 ½ hours (Shift pattern below)

 

Based in Leeds City Centre

 

Our small and friendly contact centre provides a multi-channel information service to the public regarding bus and train times in West Yorkshire and processes customer feedback via the telephone, email and social media.  We are looking for someone who understands the importance of providing excellent customer service.

 

If you are patient, flexible and helpful and communicates clearly and effectively both orally and in-writing with a commitment to customer care, then we want to hear from you.  Geographic knowledge of the region would be an advantage but we will provide you with thorough training.

 

14 ½ hours post is - Monday 17.00 – 22.00

                                    Thursday 17.30 – 22.00

                   Friday 17.00 – 22.00
