CARERS’ RESOURCE
We are seeking:
CARER NAVIGATOR
Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven – 37 hours
(£20,456 – £22,434 for 37 hours)
Salary scale quoted for 37 hours per week.
New appointments are normally made to the bottom of scale.
The Carer Navigator will primarily work with the multi agency Complex Health Care Team who cover Airedale, Wharfedale (4 days per week) and Craven area (1 day per week).
You will have experience of casework, assessments/reviews, providing information and advice as well as knowledge of welfare benefits, financial choices and the statutory sector. You will be expected to support carers with complex care needs in community locations and in their own homes.
