The Code of Practice on the English language requirement for public sector workers Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 requires that Councils ensure that all candidates applying for customer facing posts must be assessed in order to establish their fluency in English.
The criteria under special knowledge and experience on the job profile shown outlines what level of fluency you will be expected to demonstrate. Therefore it is essential that you provide examples in your application.
Bradford Aquatics delivers a variety of Aquatic opportunities for people of all ages, abilities and ethnic origins. The Assistant Diving Coach will provide quality diving lessons for pupils with a wide range of abilities including Diving Lessons and Competition Diving Squads. Key focuses of The Assistant Diving Coach will be to:
- Assist the Diving Development Manager in co-ordinating and delivering the TID ‘Little Rippers’ Programme.
- Take lead roles on current competitive squads within the programme that focus towards a National Competitive Level.
- To assist the Diving Development Manager on development projects which align with both Bradford Aquatics and Swim England.
- Take a lead role on managing the programme in the Diving Development Officers absence.
- Assist the Diving Development Manager in administrative duties.
The service operates early mornings, daytime, evening and weekends.
