Leeds Enterprise Coordinator

Grade K SP1-4 £33,871 39,219 per annum

Please note:  It is WYCA policy to recruit at SP1 for all appointments

Based in Leeds City Centre

 

We are looking to recruit a Lead Enterprise Coordinator to support the West Yorkshire Combined Authority and Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership’s growing programme of “Enterprise in Education” activity. This activity aims to make strategic links between businesses and education in order to improve attainment and employability, raise awareness of career opportunities in the city region and address skills gaps and shortages.

 

The successful candidate will have detailed knowledge and experience of enterprise in education and/or skills landscape and funding, be managing a team of around 8 Enterprise Coordinators and be responsible for the development of the Enterprise Adviser Network in Leeds City Region. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is prepared to work flexibly and as part of a growing team in a high-profile and demanding environment – often working to tight deadlines.  The role will require the individual to hold a full driving license and insurance to drive for work, the successful candidate will be subject to a full enhanced DBS.
