Grade J SP1-4 £29,661 - £34,344 per annum.

West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) is seeking to strengthen its team with an experienced Business Analyst who will be responsible for business analysis and process improvement, including the design and use of Business Information Systems.
Initially the post will be based in the SmartCard and Information Programme (SCIP) team. SCIP aims to transform the customer experience for transport ticketing and information through a number of projects such as the ‘CHASE’ (Customer Hub and Service Experience) project, which is a new Customer Relationship Management System. The post holder will also be required to work on other projects and areas within other parts of the organisation.
The Business Analyst acts as an internal consultant who has the responsibility for investigating business situations, identifying and evaluating options for improving buinesss systems, defining requirements and ensuring the effective use of Information Systems and Informaton Technology in meeting the needs of the business.
