COLLECTION & RECOVERY OFFICERS

Band 5/6: £5,251 - £6,467 pa (exact salary for 12 hours)

8 x 12 hours per week

Based at Britannia House, Bradford City Centre

  • Do you have customer service and/or debt collection experience?
  • Are you available to work between 4pm and 7pm Monday to Thursday as outlined below*

Our Collection and Recovery Officers are responsible for collecting and recovering all monies owing to the Council, including Council Tax and they regularly handle high volumes of telephone calls from the public. They work in a fast paced, busy and often pressurised environment where there is a strong focus on customer service and arrears management.

Our Collection and Recovery Officers should ideally have customer service and/or debt collection experience in any industry however applications are strongly encouraged from those who do not have experience of collecting personal or business debts, as full training will be given.
