Soulbury EP A Scale 2 - 7 plus up to 3 SPAs

Based at Margaret McMillan Tower, Bradford

 

Bradford EPT is a vibrant, welcoming and supportive team with a balance of experienced and more recently qualified staff.

 

The EPT provides statutory and other services to BMDC, whilst at the same time trading with a wide range of clients (including schools, health and social care) to generate a significant proportion of the team’s costs.

 

We welcome applications from psychologists who can embrace change, make an impact on the lives of children and young people, and are:

 

  • Excited by the challenge of working as a traded service;
  • Enthusiastic team workers who relish the opportunity to help us develop our service delivery within the context of collaborative working.
  • Keen to improve the outcomes for children and young people through the application of psychology with a focus on early intervention and preventative approaches.
  • Committed to their own professional development.

 

The team is based in the very heart of Bradford, in newly refurbished accommodation with dedicated desk space and meeting rooms. It has good ICT facilities with office based and remote access to electronic files, e-mail and internet. We have flexible, family friendly working arrangements and there are opportunities to progress your career through a structured SPA system.

 

Bradford itself is easily accessible from neighbouring local authorities and offers great outdoor opportunities in the nearby Dales and surrounding areas.
