£20,367 - £23,582 per annum

Based at Bradford Bus Station

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic person to lead and support our team of customer service professionals within our Bradford Travel Centre. 

We need somebody who will promote an unforgettable customer service experience and who will champion changes within the current retail infrastructure. 

You will be enthusiastic and totally customer focussed, able to work under pressure and to act on your own initiative. With excellent communication skills you will be able to demonstrate a track record of working with the public and experience in retail and managing a team are essential criteria.
