The job

You will be involved in collecting Council Tax, as well as processing benefit claims for citizens of Bradford who find themselves in need, working in small groups but as part of a larger team. Most of the work is done in the office on the computer, but telephone contact with customers also takes place.

The person

 

You should have a good attention to detail with a “right first time“ attitude and want to help the citizens of Bradford who may be in need.
