Collection & Recovery Officer / Enforcement Support Officer

Band 5/6:  £17,391 - £20,541 pa

37 hours per week

A number of posts are available

Applicants MUST be able to work flexibly between the hours of 8.30am - 7pm Monday to Friday subject to the needs of the team

 

Based at Britannia House, Bradford City Centre

Our Officers are responsible for collecting and recovering money owed to the Council, (Council Tax, Business Rates and Invoices). They handle high volumes of telephone calls and work in a fast paced, busy and often pressurised environment where there is a strong focus on collection targets, arrears management and customer service. They work with and support other teams e.g. Enforcement Agents, to achieve high levels of collection.

As an Officer working for Bradford Council you can expect to receive:
