We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Public Health Intelligence Specialist to work in our Public Health Team, aiming to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for the Bradford District and help address health inequalities.
The post will provide specialist data and intelligence collection, analysis and interpretation capacity to the team, in the context of Public Health policy and practice, including health economics. The post-holder will work alongside the Senior Public Health Intelligence Specialist and two Public Health Information Analysts in the intelligence team and provide specialist intelligence support to the design, implementation and evaluation of Health and Wellbeing programmes and services, including working with the CCG, other Local Authority teams and wider partners. The post-holder will also be expected to work closely with members of the Health and Wellbeing team and wider council colleagues where needed. You will need significant demonstrable specialist Public Health Intelligence experience and knowledge and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
