The Programme Assistant will work on the brand new Energy Accelerator programme. This is a project development service that will support the development of low carbon projects across the City Region. It is a three year funded programme, with £3 million of European Investment Bank’s ELENA funding. They will provide
project and operational support to the Programme Manager, and Energy Accelerator delivery team.

They will also be responsible for maintaining programme information and processes, collating and administering claims under the European Investment Bank’s (EIB) ELENA Programme and for monitoring and reporting in relation to Local Growth Fund (LGF) and the requirements of the Combined Authority.

The successful applicant will have practical experience of successfully performing in a similar role, experience and knowledge of project and contract management, administering claims for European funding (or similar), high levels of numeracy and IT skills and experience of monitoring performance against contract targets.
