£45,621 to £48,030 per annum

As ICT Operations Manager you will provide leadership and management for the delivery of ICT services to the Authority. You will lead and promote change in support of the ICT strategy. You will work collaboratively with customers, partners and supplies to ensure service levels are being achieved and look for ways to continually improve the quality of ICT service delivery.

 

You will be qualified to degree level in a relevant discipline or have a comparable professional qualification. You will also be qualified to ITIL Intermediate level and be able to demonstrate application of this.
