Health for All

Established in 1991, Health for All is a registered charity which helps people live healthier, happier lives, creates better outcomes for children and families and reduces social isolation, building stronger communities.

 

Health for All has been successful in securing delivery of the Breastfeeding Support Project commissioned by Better Start Bradford until September 2021. Better Start Bradford is funded by the Big Lottery with the aim of providing accessible, responsive Breastfeeding Support in the Better Start Bradford delivery area including Bowling & Barkerend, Bradford Moor and Little Horton.

 

We invite applications for the following posts:

 

Breastfeeding Project Coordinator (Ref: 162)

35 Hours per week, £26,000 per annum (Job Share may be considered)

To lead on the vision of the project, that is to increase the uptake of support for breastfeeding mothers, helping them to breastfeed for as long as they want. To lead on the development of a proactive, personalised, predictable, 1:1 model of breastfeeding support delivered primarily in women’s own homes by employed staff.

 

Breastfeeding Senior Support Worker (Ref: 163)

15 Hours Per week, £23,756 Full Time Equivalent per annum pro rata.
To take a hands on senior support role in engaging and working with new mothers, offering them practical support to overcome challenges, supporting the Project Coordinator and Support Workers. 

 

Breastfeeding Support Workers (Ref: 164)

15-30 Hours per week available, hours to be discussed at interview

£18,564 Full Time Equivalent per annum pro rata
The role will focus on engaging with new mothers, offering them practical support to overcome any challenges they may face to breastfeeding.

 

Project Administrator (Ref: 165)

21 Hours per week, £16,471 Full Time Equivalent per annum pro rate
To provide efficient administrative and evaluation support for the Better Start Bradford Breastfeeding Project team, carrying out general office and administrative duties to meet the needs of the service.
