Band 6 SCP 17-21: £18,672 - £20,541 pa
1 x 37 hours, Permanent and All Year Round

Required as soon as possible, an enthusiastic and highly motivated Site Manager to join our committed and friendly staff team.
The successful candidate will be able to show initiative, take pride in their work and the condition of the school buildings and grounds.
They must be hard working, reliable, flexible and able to interact positively with children, their families, staff and visitors.
The ability to plan and undertake repairs and general maintenance to a high standard is essential. Experience of working in site management, maintenance or trades is desirable.
The candidate will be expected to carry out all the responsibilities of a key holder, including locking up and emergency call outs.
We are looking for the ability to:
- Manage the site, buildings and its grounds including some gardening duties
- Take responsibility for security and Health and Safety
- Ensure that our school buildings and grounds are kept spotlessly clean
- Undertake a range of minor repairs, maintenance and decorating
