We are seeking to recruit dynamic
and innovative Business Engagement Officers to join SkillsHouse, Bradford
Council’s Employment and Skills service.
Our Business Engagement Officers
will build effective and productive business relationships and deliver high
quality customer-focused services. We are seeking an effective communicator and
relationship builder, who can work closely with businesses as well as partners
to drive high impact change programmes.
This exciting role is
employer-facing and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the
ability to link in with local businesses, identifying effective solutions to
meet their hiring and workforce development needs.
The Business Engagement Officers
are at the heart of partnership working, leading on sector-specific initiatives
with a focus on improving inclusive employment outcomes.
You will be expected to demonstrate
your ability to meet the special knowledge, experience, and qualifications
required for the role which will be used for shortlisting.
