Administrator Apprentice (Delivery)

Grade D SP1 £16,016 – SP4 £18,544 per annum (pay award pending)

Living Wage Supplement will be paid for salaries below £16,681

Fixed-term for duration of Apprenticeship

Based in Leeds City Centre

 

Apprenticeships are for all ages. They are a great way to gain recognised industry qualifications and earn a salary at the same time.

 

We are looking to recruit a hard-working and enthusiastic Administrator Apprentice to support the Implementation and Feasibility & Assurance teams within the Delivery Directorate of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority. 

 

The successful candidate will be proactive, and will be able to use their initiative and work independently. You will have experience of supporting a busy team with a diverse workload. Duties include diary management, arranging and servicing meetings, minute taking, supporting event management, booking travel arrangements and general administrative duties.

 

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake a Business Administration Apprenticeship at either Level 3 or 4. This is subject to you meeting the entry criteria and we will discuss the options with you.
