Programme Lead – Decent Homes Outcome
Special A: £42,895 - £46,356 pa
1 x 37 hours per week
Temporary for 3 years until October 2020.
Based at Margaret McMillan Towers
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable person to Programme Lead the Decent Homes Priority Outcome. You will have responsibility for driving the Delivery Plan, working closely with the Outcome Lead to deliver business change, specifically and most importantly, contributing to the successful implementation of major transformational change programmes within Housing Services.
You will have expertise in providing coordination and consistency of performance, working within the corporately adopted governance and programme management cycle and methodology to successfully develop, manage and implement programmes and project plans within time, cost and quality parameters..
You will lead the Decent Homes Programme Team and work with corporate support services and other departments to manage and coordinate dependencies and benefit realisation across programmes and projects, reporting outcomes and
ensuring visibility and transparency.
You will be required to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the duties and responsibilities that underpin the work within Housing services..
A degree or equivalent level or professional qualification in a relevant discipline is required and a formal Project Management qualification e.g. MSP or significant programme and project management experience amounting to 5 years.
