Cyclical Maintenance Officer

Band 6 to Band 8: £23,893 - £31,364 pa (Subject to progression criteria)

2 x 37hrs per week

Permanent

Based at Britannia House/ Hybrid Working

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Built Environment for a new Cyclical Maintenance Officer to assist in the effective operational function of a flexible, proficient and constructive Planned Preventative Maintenance programme for both the corporate estate and Service Level Agreement customers.

To assist in monitoring and maintaining the programme of works delivered by both external subcontractors and in-house operations using various software packages and databases to ensure service inspections are undertaken timely and in line with agreements.
