PACT HR is a well established and respected HR services provider, based in Bradford City Centre and currently providing a range of HR advisory and administration service to schools, Academies and Multi Academy Trusts. In looking to extend both the services that we provide and our client base, we are looking to recruit a HR Consultant within the consultancy team of the HR advisory service. You will provide a HR consultancy service to a range of customers across a range of sectors, including SMEs etc. Delivering bespoke pieces of HR project work, case management and employee related investigations etc. This role will include bidding for work and ensuring delivery of the service is in accordance with the client’s requirements.
This role is commercially focussed and will be required to generate income for the organisation
You should be a commercially focussed HR professional with experience of working with a range of clients to provide paid for, high quality HR services. You should be qualified to CIPD level 5 or equivalent and have previous experience of delivering HR services to commercial clients
