The Code of Practice on the English language requirement for public sector workers, Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 requires that Councils ensure that all candidates applying for customer facing posts must be assessed in order to establish their fluency in English.

We are looking to appoint an experienced, dynamic and confident person to join the Business, Investment and Enterprise Team as a Digital Health Enterprise Advisor.

 

The main purpose of the post:

 

  • Working with Ad:Venture colleagues to identify and recruit digital health businesses for the Ad:Venture programme.
  • Providing specialised one to one and group business support to digital health SME’s.
  • Supporting lean start-up processes and sourcing specialist services as to ensure that SME’s achieve their growth potential.
  • Be responsible for ensuring relevant targets and outputs specified in the Ad:Venture delivery plan are achieved.

 

The post holder will be required to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Ad:Venture and relevant European funding streams.

 

The post holder will be required to exercise professional judgement including client confidentiality on all matters relating to work with SME’s.

 

 We are looking for someone with drive, commitment, who is highly motivated, can work on their own and as part of a wider team.

 

 The post holder will report to the Business Investment & Enterprise Manager.
