Travel Centre Advisor
Grade E SP1-4 £16,858 - £19,520 per annum pro rata for 18 ½ hours (Pay award pending)
Based In Leeds Bus Station
Joining our team of customer service professionals in our busy Travel Centre at Leeds Bus Station, you’ll provide a high level of customer service to the travelling public. This will include the sale of tickets, passes and providing advice for tourists and passenger information for bus and rail services.
You will be enthusiastic and totally customer focussed, able to work under pressure and to act on your own initiative. Applicants will also be used to handling cash and dealing with several jobs at the same time. With excellent communication skills you will be able to demonstrate a track record of working with the public. Ideally you should have a good grasp of the bus and train network in West Yorkshire and knowledge of computer systems. You will be required to cover the hours and days required to provide an appropriate level of customer service (this will include Saturdays).
