Families First/Targeted Early Help Key Worker at JAMES Keighley
Salary = £18,746 to £20,661 dependant on experience.
Hours - 37.5 hours per week
A Family First in Bradford is a voluntary sector partnership which has been tendered by Bradford Council to support the national Governments Troubled Families Programme and our current contract is until March 2020.
JAMES is looking for a candidate who has valuable experience of working with families and can assess and plan in partnership with parents, children and young people.
You must be able to work within a team co-operatively with excellent communication skills and self-motivation. You should have experience of working with issues of mental health, drugs and alcohol, low school attendance, domestic violence and/or Anti Social Behaviour in a child and/or family setting. You must be able to set clear measurable targets for change with families and keep up to date and thorough plans and records of intervention, holding regular multi agency reviews as part of this process.
You will be working in a multi agency service which draws on the skills and expertise of a range of partners. We are seeking a candidate who is committed to making a real difference to families within the Keighley area of Bradford.
Must have a full driving license including business use. Enhanced DBS check will be carried out.
