The Code of Practice on the English language requirement for public sector workers, Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 requires that Councils ensure that all candidates applying for customer facing posts must be assessed in order to establish their fluency in English.

PACT HR is a well established and respected HR services provider, based in Bradford City Centre and currently providing a range of HR advisory and administration service to schools, Academies and Multi Academy Trusts. In looking to extend both the services that we provide and our client base, we are looking to recruit a Training Consultant within the consultancy team of the HR advisory service.  As part of the HR consultancy team you will plan, research and deliver training on relevant HR, employment and safeguarding topics to customers.  This will involve developing training materials and resources on relevant topics. This role is required to generate income through the provision of training to customers.

 

This role is commercially focussed and will be required to generate income for the organisation

 

You should be a commercially focussed HR professional with experience of working with a range of clients to provide paid for, high quality HR services. You should be qualified to CIPD level 5 or equivalent and have previous experience of delivering HR services to commercial clients
