Senior Call Handler (maternity cover)
Karma Nirvana are looking to recruit a Senior Call Handler that will support victims and survivors of honour-based abuse and forced marriage on the Karma Nirvana Helpline. They will be jointly supervising a team of call handlers.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and adaptable person to provide maternity cover. This is full-time position on a fixed contract up to 12 months. Job description and application is linked below.

Helpline Call Handler (language speaking Urdu/Punjabi/Mirpuri) (CH-LANG)
Karma Nirvana are looking to recruit a Call handler with language speaking capabilities in Urdu, Punjabi and Mirpuri to support victims and survivors on the Karma Nirvana Helpline. We require a candidate as a minimum that can speak two out of the three languages specified. The post-holder will be on first response supporting all survivors, victims and professionals through the national Karma Nirvana helpline and email service, specifically to those speaking in Urdu, Punjabi or Mirpuri.
