We are looking to recruit 2 HR Business Partners into the team to support the organisation through a period of change. The HR team has recently been restructured and is implementing a business partner operating model. The Business Partners will have an integral role in supporting our business directorates in progressing their strategic and operational HR objectives to move the HR agenda forward.

You will drive forward strategic developments across the workforce agenda, our priorities include implementing a system for workforce planning and talent management, improving the diversity of our workforce, apprenticeships and learning and development, performance management and embedding our vision and values across the workforce.  We also need to overhaul our HR operating principles and how we manage staff across the organisation.

You should be an experienced HR Business Partner, a strategic thinker who is CIPD qualified and has a track record of working with senior management teams to drive the HR agenda throughout the business.

Please note: Whilst it is our policy to recruit at SP1 for all appointments, each role has career salary progression, with incremental increases applicable in most cases on an annual basis.
