Grade K SP1-4 £33,871 – £39,219 per annum

Please note:  It is our policy to recruit within the lower quartile of the advertised pay band in most cases; incremental increases are applicable in most cases on  an annual basis.

 

Based in Leeds City Centre, with some co-location across Leeds City Region

 

We are looking to recruit 3 x Lead Enterprise Coordinator to support the West Yorkshire Combined Authority and Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership’s growing programme of “Enterprise in Education” activity. This activity aims to make strategic links between businesses and education in order to improve attainment and employability, raise awareness of career opportunities in the city region and address skills gaps and shortages.

 

The successful candidates will have detailed knowledge and experience of enterprise in education and/or skills landscape and funding, will line manage Enterprise Coordinators and be responsible for the specific elements of the Enterprise Adviser Network in Leeds City Region;

 

·         Lead Enterprise Coordinator (Social Mobility); leading on connecting the careers and enterprise landscape across Leeds City Region for schools and business in areas of social disadvantage, and for our most vulnerable learners

·         Lead Enterprise Coordinator (Resources); leading on the development of teaching and learning resources, teacher inspiration days in partnership with sponsoring employers

·         Lead Enterprise Coordinator (Enterprise Adviser Network); leading on the development of the EAN ensuring an effective, quality and consistent programme across the City Region

 

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals who are keen to make a difference for young people that live, learn and play in our region.  This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a growing team in a high-profile and demanding environment - often working to tight deadlines, and requiring flexible working.

 

These role will require the individual to hold a full driving license and insurance to drive for work, the successful candidate will be subject to a full enhanced DBS.
