Qualified - Salary £23,114 to £23,893 pa - Band 5 - SCP 4 to 6 - (pro rata for part time posts) - Hourly Rate £11.98 to £12.38

 

Unqualified - Salary £22,737 pa - £23,114 - Band 4 SCP 3 to 4 - (pro rata for part time posts) Hourly Rate £11.79 to £11.98

Residential Resource Centres located in the Bradford / Keighley area

Applicants must have: A minimum of one years’ experience of working with adults in a residential, community or voluntary capacity. 

 

Unqualified - Applications will be considered from people who do not hold an NVQ or Diploma level 2 in Health & Social Care but are able to demonstrate a minimum of 12 months’ experience within Social Care.  You will be expected to undertake and achieve the qualification within 18th months of obtaining the post, this is fully funded qualification.

Qualified - Applications are invited from people who have a minimum of N.V.Q level 2 or Health & Social Care Diploma or Equivalent.

  • Have the ability to communicate (Verbal and written) with a variety of people including the use of assistive technologies.
  • Are flexible and can respond to situations and challenging behaviours.
  • Have the ability to stimulate and encourage meaningful daily living activities.
  • Are able to assist people to access community resources.
